Jaedyn Heil is a classically trained singer, songwriter, and live performer whose work spans opera, musical theater, and contemporary music. She earned a Master’s in Vocal Performance from NYU, building on extensive training in classical voice and theatrical performance. Her musical journey began onstage alongside her father, lead singer of Christian rock band SONICFLOOd, and she has since continued performing with the band while writing and recording her own original music.

"I wrote this song shortly after summer 2020, when the whole world felt unstable. I was about to start another semester of college, and life was feeling monotonous. But coming out of that season, I realize that something as simple as our outlook can change how we understand what's happening around us. I hope this song speaks the message that there is always something or someone to be thankful for, no matter the stage of life we're in. Two years later, I am still realizing this and continue to remind myself of how blessed my life is and always has been." - Jaedyn
